COMEDY STAR - YOUTH COMEDY PROGRAM

Please note: All workshops take place at Artscape Youngplace (180 Shaw Street)

Comedy Bar is proud to announce COMEDY STAR - a new youth and teen workshop series where your kids get to learn by doing! Our new workshops provide a platform to strengthen all points of view and voices. Just like our venue - which showcases stand up, improv and sketch comedy 7 nights a week - each class will be jam packed with games and exercises from each style of comedy. Comedy is an excellent confidence booster, friend finder and life skills builder. It strengthens communication and listening skills, encourages individuality and builds community. Kids learn to be a star on stage and in life!

Learn from comedians who are actually performing and writing in the comedy industry!

*** There is a showcase in the last hour of the final class. Friends and family are invited to see what students have been learning and developing. ***
